In consideration for our services, Golden Aura Models will receive a commission from assignments secured for models. The specific commission rate will be outlined in the individual representation agreement signed between the model and Golden Aura Models.
Models may be required to sign an exclusive representation agreement with Golden Aura Models for specific territories or markets. The terms of exclusivity will be detailed in the individual representation agreement.
Clients wishing to book models through Golden Aura Models agree to:
A booking is considered confirmed upon written confirmation from Golden Aura Models. Verbal agreements or discussions do not constitute a confirmed booking. All confirmed bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, clients are granted limited usage rights for the images or content created during an assignment. Additional usage beyond the originally agreed terms may require additional compensation to the model.
Fees for our services vary depending on the type of assignment, model experience, and other factors. All fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before confirmation of any booking.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified in our invoices. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.

Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Golden Aura Models reserves the right to cancel a booking in cases of force majeure, model illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement model or reschedule the assignment.
Models who cancel confirmed bookings without valid reason or sufficient notice may be subject to penalties as outlined in their representation agreement and may be liable for any direct costs incurred by the client as a result of the cancellation.
All content on the Golden Aura Models website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Golden Aura Models or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Models retain the copyright to their portfolio images but grant Golden Aura Models a non-exclusive license to use these images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
The ownership and usage rights of content created during assignments (photographs, videos, etc.) are determined by the specific agreement between the client, model, and Golden Aura Models. Without a specific agreement, standard industry practices regarding usage rights will apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Aura Models shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
